Evotec GmbH in Arnsberg combines CNC machining and stamping technology on over 12,000 m² of production space. This combination makes us particularly strong in machining aluminium profiles: for small quantities and prototypes, we rely on flexible CNC manufacturing, while for large series we draw on the economy of our stamping presses with up to 500 tonnes of press force.
Managing Director Dominik Peck leads the company in the second generation and relies on high-performance technology, a proven partner network and consistent quality assurance to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The Arnsberg location in the Sauerland region offers short routes to suppliers in the metal industry and excellent access to the A46 motorway – ideal for supplying customers throughout Germany and Europe.
Tested Processes for Reliable Results
Evotec GmbH is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Nord. This quality management system forms the basis for all our manufacturing processes – from order acceptance through production to delivery.
Quality assurance starts with us before the first cut: incoming materials are inspected, tool conditions documented and process parameters monitored. During manufacturing, statistical process control (SPC) and in-process inspections take effect. Every batch undergoes a final inspection before dispatch.
For customers in the automotive industry, we prepare initial sample inspection reports (ISIR) to VDA standard and support PPAP processes. We supply inspection certificates to DIN EN 10204 (2.2, 3.1) on request. The traceability of every order is guaranteed at all times through our batch documentation.

For new projects, our work preparation begins with a feasibility analysis: which process is the most economical for your profile and your quantity? Is a stamping tool worthwhile or is CNC machining cheaper? Can machining steps be combined to reduce clamping operations? We clarify these questions proactively and make you a concrete proposal.
During ongoing series production, we continuously monitor process parameters and tool conditions. Through preventive tool maintenance and documented inspection plans, we ensure that quality remains constant over the entire series runtime. We implement change requests and optimisations flexibly – often as early as the next production batch.
CNC milling for precision, stamping for speed. We choose the process that is most economical for your profile and your quantity. For hybrid projects, we combine both technologies: CNC for the initial sampling, then tool manufacturing through our partner network and series production on the stamping press.
Evotec does not operate its own tool shop – instead, we work with specialised toolmakers we have built up over decades. We likewise coordinate surface finishing such as anodising, powder coating and chromating through long-standing partners. This division of labour enables us to consistently deliver the best quality at the best price.

As a metal processing company, we are aware of our responsibility towards the environment. Aluminium is a fully recyclable material – and we make consistent use of this advantage. All aluminium chips and stamping waste are collected by type and fed back into the recycling cycle.
In addition, we continuously optimise our manufacturing processes for resource efficiency: material waste is minimised through intelligent nesting plans, cooling lubricants are reconditioned and reused, and our machines operate energy-efficiently thanks to modern drive technology. The short routes to our partner companies in the region also reduce transport emissions.
Located directly on the A46 motorway, we reach the Ruhr area and Rhineland conurbations in under an hour. Freight deliveries throughout Germany are made within 24 hours. For urgent parts, we offer express manufacturing and direct delivery.
The Sauerland is traditionally a stronghold of metal processing. Toolmakers, anodisers, powder coaters and material suppliers are located in the immediate vicinity – this shortens procurement routes and enables fast response times for special requirements.
With 12,000 m² of production and storage space, we have ample room for buffer stocks, pre-assembly and shipping logistics. Even with short-term fluctuations in call-offs or special projects, we can respond flexibly without creating capacity bottlenecks.
